外出学习拓视野 ,借鉴经验促成长 ——车岗中学赴江门名冠学校教学交流

  冬日之寒,挡不住探索进取的步伐和求知若渴的热情。 为了进一步提升车岗中学教学质量,1月4日,在曹太宁校长的带领下,11位校领导和老师们齐赴江门名冠学校,开启为期一天的教学交流之行。

  首先,帅亚成校长携领团队热情向我校团队分享了实地研修行程安排,主要有现场观摩学习、评课交流以及参观校园。

各科展示优质课

  语文学科由梁旋老师带领她的初三1班的孩子们,为我校教师展示了一节别具一格的作文课《锤炼语言,“扮靓作文”》。

  还有英语、化学、历史、体育学科,名冠学校教师都为我校教师展示了高质量、好效果的精彩课堂,我们从中感叹、反思、取长补短。

  观摩后两校教师进行评课交流,互诉心得体会。

参观魅力校园

  随后,帅校教师团队带领我校团队参观了干净整洁的校园。

  校园每面墙,甚至地面都“会说话”,学习氛围浓郁。

  通过本次交流活动,不仅使外出学习教师及时梳理、总结学习收获,还为学校的教育教学事业注入了新的活力。我们将继续努力,把握教学的新航向,乘风破浪,踏歌而行,探寻更美的教育风景。
