雨天体育室内训练内容安排
运动前活动各关节先适当热身,练习时注意安全。
1、男生俯卧撑20个X2组
2、男生仰卧起坐30个X2组
3、女生仰卧起坐30个X2组
4、女生斜身俯卧撑15个X2组
5、深蹲50个X2组
6、负重深蹲男生20个X2组、女生15个X2组
7、平板支撑1分钟X2组
8、1分钟跳绳X2组
9、徒手实心球动作
10、蹲跳起、收腿跳
11、组合练习(开合跳15秒后休息10秒+后踢腿15秒后休息10秒+原地高抬腿15秒后休息10秒+弓步跳15秒后休息10秒)X2组
训练内容可自由搭配(挑选2~3项),练习完进行拉伸、放松。
