外出学习拓视野 ,借鉴经验促成长 ——锦阳中学赴上海实地研修汇报会

      冬日之寒,挡不住探索进取的步伐和求知若渴的热情。为进一步发挥外出交流学习教师的引领作用,展示学习成果,达到资源共享、共同提高的目的,实现“一人学习,众人受益,共同成长”的学习效果,1月2日上午锦阳中学开展了赴上海实地研修培训教师的汇报分享活动,让全校教师共享其学习成果。

  本次活动由吴永贵主任主持。首先,吴主任向大家分享了上海实地研修几日的行程安排,主要有主题论坛讲座、工作坊学习以及名校现场观摩学习。

高质量作业设计

  吴主任向大家讲解了高质量作业设计工作坊的的主要内容。该工作坊围绕着新课程背景下素养立意的单元作业设计与实施策略进行研究。主要分为高质量作业设计理念、单元设计与实施、高质量单元作业的分析三堂课。

       在高质量作业设计理念课程中,讲师王月芬博士主要围绕作业内涵本质与单元作业设计的基本策略来研究;单元作业设计与实施则包含编制、批改、讲评;高质量单元作业需要基于作业文本分析法,不断提升单元作业设计质量。

大单元教学设计

  邹立老师向大家分享了大单元教学工坊的主要内容。 大单元工坊主要围绕单元教学方案设计、单元学习目标设计、单元学习评价设计以及单元学习活动设计展开。

“教”与“学”的研究

  毛星华老师汇报了在“教”与“学”的研究工作坊的收获。 在第一堂课教学研究活动之“课例研究”中,王洁教授从主题选择、如何实施、报告撰写三方面来阐述如何从研究教到研究学。第二堂课王教授从是什么、为什么、工具的研发三方面讲解了课堂教学观察与分析的改进。最后在如何通过评价提升教学这一方面,王教授也通过理论和实际一一对应。

项目化学习设计

  最后,黄中民校长分享了他在项目化学习设计工坊的心得体会。在搞懂了项目化学习的基本框架之后,重点在于设计项目化学习的关键要素:一、驱动性问题设计;二、指向驱动性问题解决的问题链设计;三、项目化学习中的项目成果展示与学习评价设计。完成了一个完整的项目化学习设计后,进行展示评价与反思复盘。

        

  通过本次汇报交流,不仅使外出学习教师及时梳理、总结学习收获,同时也使“外出学习”的效应最大限度地发挥出来,真正达到“一人学习,多人受益”的引领带动作用,进一步提高教师的专业水平。

山高路远,
