1、建议亲爱的家长们参考园里的食谱后选择合适的晚餐食材, 及时补充孩子所需的均衡营养。
2、建议在家每周给孩子吃一到两次含钙类食物及每天在家饮牛奶250ml,以保证孩子钙的摄入量。
3、如当天的食谱有孩子不能吃的食物,请及时告知班级老师。
