二、保证营养充足

三、坚持锻炼身体

五、养成良好的卫生习惯

请家长们教育孩子们饭前便后要洗手,不要随地吐痰和乱甩鼻涕(流感病毒主要存在于鼻粘膜及鼻涕中),不要对着人咳嗽、打喷嚏,咳嗽、打喷嚏时要用面巾纸遮住口鼻,防止把病菌传染给他人。如孩子们有发烧、咳嗽等症状暂不要来园,避免交叉感染。
