王炉露老师给我们分享的是《大单元整体教学这样做》第一章的内容,她认为这一章主要从理论层面上阐述了我们为什么要进行大单元整体教学,她从统编教材和差异实施的沟壑,教学现状和素养目标的脱节,整合视角和结构教学的迭变以及二次开发向整体教学的进发这四个方面展开分享。
王老师结合我们教师自身对教材校本化实施不够的原因进行分析,提出自己在执教过程中对“如何有效使用教材”这件事需要大家的帮助,老师们针对她提出的问题进行了激烈的讨论,畅谈自己的思考,提出大单元视角的必要性,以及老中青教师的教材使用探索路径。大家普遍认同教师的二次开发教材能力不足,不利于给学生提供更加具体、准确、易懂的学习资源。

黄小红老师从内涵解读、一般流程以及内容重组的三种类型:改编、创编、再造进行具体的阐述,针对书中呈现的“三角形的分类”习题素材的创编,她提出了自己的思考和见解,她不太认同书中对习题的创编,认为这样的创编不太适合三年级学生的已有认知,有些拔高难度,老师们也针对这样的创编进行梳理和思考。同时,她结合案例《认识长方形、正方形》的分享,提出老师会提问题的重要性,表示在自己的执教过程中应多积累有效提问的经验。

周美红老师重点分享了脉络重续式二次开发步骤:改变观念---梳理知识---找拓展点---设研究点,我们需要做的是将知识意义联系,以促进再迁移和再生长。在教学跟进上,我们需要做到:1.创设卷入式入口,做到趣味性与探究性统一。2.提供可视化思维支架,做到实践性与探究性统一。3.建构阶梯式思维通道,做到外显性与探究性统一。

最后美红老师结合人教版四年级下册“三角形”的重构案例进行思考----教师需要基于学生的认知次序进行调整三角形的稳定性并不是依据拉得动或拉不动来确定的,而是三角形的唯一性。两点间的距离与三角形的高进行整合。老师们也针对自己日常在教学这一部分知识时遇到的困惑,进行了分析和思考。
