随后,教研员们针对教研活动计划、教研活动记录、教案、作业、听课记录等内容进行详细查阅,全面了解学校教学常规管理,对学校教学质量进行综合评价。
此次教研员下校指导工作,使学校老师有机会与教研员面对面交流,对自己的课堂进行反思,发现不足,启发了教师们的教学新思路,明确了今后的努力方向。教育无小事,细节定成败。五十七中东校区教师们始终坚持在“细节”上下功夫,在“实效”上做文章,落实各项教学工作,做到全面高效。学校将以此为契机,进一步夯实教学工作,努力实现教育教学高质量发展!
