为了促进我校校园文化建设，丰富学生的校园文化生活，培养我们英语口语，发展我们学习英语的兴趣和动力，深圳市立新湖外国语学校于2023年12月13号举办了以“Have Fun with English”为主题的英语节活动。
In order to promote the culture construction in our school, enrich students’ campus life, improve our spoken English, and develop our interest and motivation in Learning English. On December 13, 2023, Our school held an English festival with the theme of "Have Fun with English"
活动内容包括：学生演讲、才艺展示、跳蚤市场等。一年一度的英语节唤起了学生学习英语的兴趣，为学生搭建了展示自我的舞台，让学生在各项英语活动中体验到学习英语的快乐。
Activities include: students' speeches, talent shows, flea market and so on. The annual English Festival arouses students' interest in learning English, sets up a stage for students to show themselves, and lets them experience the joy of learning English in various English activities.
本次活动全程由学生主持，以一场精彩有力的街舞表演开场。
This activity, which was hosted by students throughout, kicked off with an exciting and powerful breakingdancing performance.

本着“你的多余，我的需要”的理念，学生把家中闲置文化用品、玩具、小物品、图书、手工制品等拿到“交易市场”与同学等价物物交换或钱物交换。

Based on the concept of "your excess, my need", students bring their unused cultural goods, toys, small articles, books, handicrafts, etc. to the "trading market" to exchange with their classmates at the same price or in exchange for money.
本届英语节为师生献上了一场英语之美的视听盛宴，让学生在英语活动中体会到学英语、用英语的乐趣，英语不只是交流的工具，更是一扇通往更广袤世界的大门，让你看见不一样的风景，希望同学们都能找到属于自己学习语言的方法，乘语言之风，于世界翱翔！
This English Festival offered teachers and students an audio-visual feast of the beauty of English, allowing students to experience the joy of learning and using English . English is not only a tool for communication, but also a door to a wider world, allowing you to see different landscapes, and we hope that students will find their own way to learn the language, and ride the winds of the language, soaring in the world!
