为促进余干中学教学教研的发展，促进教师的专业成长。高二英语组于国庆假期结束的第二天10月5日星期四下午立即举行了英语同课异构活动。这次活动是由优秀青年教师王珺和洪兵燕承担
两位青年教师公开课课题是Unit 4 Body Language 中的Reading and Thinkin部分。Listening to how bodies talk
首先上课的王珺老师，她首先交待本课的教学目标，然后enjoy a short video and answer questions 教学目标清晰。然后进入pre-reading，How do we communicate?
王老师上课环环相扣，层次感明显，阅读分为fast reading and careful reading, 前者引导学生找出topic sentence and key words ，后者分析文本的结构和句法功能。post reading 是思维导图。最后是discussion 和homework 。课堂结构完整，内容丰富，深入浅出。
王珺老师语音清脆，囗语纯正、地道，教态亲切、自然。虽然第一次上新教材，但课堂节奏和内容的把握和处理非常成熟和老练。而且师生互动也非常完美，活动形式多样，教学设计也别出心裁。ppt制作细致而精美，总之，有许多我们学习的地方，是一场令人印像深刻的公开课
第三节是洪兵燕老师公开课，洪老师教学步骤如下:

洪兵燕老师上课热情洋溢，声音宏亮，趣味性强，开头和结尾穿插了好多游戏环节，激发学生的兴趣和注意力，寓教于乐，让学生听文本然后给每段匹配
main idea 既锻炼听力又培养了思维。小组讨论唤发了学生的主观能动性。既学会了语言知识，又提升了英语学科的核心素养。
