冬之美,在于积蓄与勃发;教之美,在于钻研与探讨。 为促进新教师的专业成长,提升新教师的业务素质,营造教师积极进取、相互学习、交流合作的浓厚教学氛围。我校语文教研组于2023年12月5日下午开展了新教师过关课活动。参加活动的新教师十分珍惜这次机会,精心准备,在课堂中展示了自己的专业素质和课堂特色。

第一节课是黄梦婷老师执教的《在牛肚子里旅行》。这是一篇有趣的科普故事。文章通过两只蟋蟀玩捉迷藏,其中一只不幸被牛吞到肚子里,在牛肚子里“旅行”了一次,最后侥幸逃脱的危险经历,告诉我们了一个科学知识:牛有四个胃,牛吃食有反刍的现象,同时也让同学们体会到了友谊的珍贵!

学习小古文后,舒老师鼓励学生用自己的话来讲讲故事,让学生将所学知识内化,及时巩固,这一环节的设计,不仅让学生掌握这个小古文的意思,而且加深了学生对文本的理解,同时也丰富了人物形象,在讲故事的过程中把自己对文本所蕴含的价值观的感情和体验表达出来。
舒老师就像那麦田里的守望者,尊重学生的主体地位,让学生在合作中学习,合作中交流,感悟出古文的美妙。

第三个环节先由黄梦婷老师和舒译葶老师,分别介绍课文的重难点以及自己的教学方法。然后听课老师分别针对黄梦婷老师和舒译葶老师的课堂进行交流、点评。听课老师纷纷发言,提出自己的听课感受。在交流过程中,老师们肯定了俩位老师的课堂闪光点,也提出了课堂教学中的不足,细致地分析了原因,给出了解决问题的方法。

最后,李校长也对这次教研活动进行了总结性点评,肯定了两位老师的教学方式,也对两位老师的课堂提出了建议:课堂教学中要加强朗读的练习,应多方式朗读,以达到以读促悟的目的。这样,教学效果才能事半功倍。另外,对于教学过程中教师表扬的语言不能单一,不但要符合学生该年龄阶段的基本特征也要多形式精准的进行表扬等等。总而言之,教学道路阻且长,要累积经验,努力做到教学相长。
