为了进一步落实新课标精神,践行生本教育理念,扎实地推进课堂教学改革,同时也给青年教师们提供一个相互交流、探讨、展示自我风采的平台,让青年教师们在教学实践中不断探索、不断学习、尽快成长。嫩江市第一小学积极推进“绿叶工程”,于2023年11月20日~28日开展了以“聚焦课改实践 深耕'绿叶工程’”为主题的青年教师教学研讨课。

研讨课展示前,每位青年教师在师傅和学科组老师的帮助下,对课标、教材进行了全面的分析,对教学设计进行了反复的打磨,对课件进行了精心的设计,并多次试讲、磨课、不断的优化,力求打造完美的生本课堂。

十几名青年教师的课堂教学,展现出一种青春的活力,一种职业的情怀,一种教育的希望。教师们能够把新课标精神根植于自己的教学中,生本理念渗透到每一个教学环节中,真正做到了把课堂还给了学生。
周爽:《分数的初步认识》一课,周老师让学生亲身体验教学的整个过程,让学习真正发生,把学习的主动权还给学生,能充分发挥学生的潜能,让学生在小组合作交流中自主探究、快乐学习,激发了学生的学习兴趣,使数学课堂更加精彩。

每节语文、数学研讨课课后,安欣、齐艳华校长分别对各学科课进行了精彩的点评,肯定了教师的优点,也提出了中肯的意见和建议,并对本次活动进行了总结。本次活动充分发挥了教师们的集体力量,体现了团队的合作精神,积极推进了我校的“绿叶工程”。青年教师们都能把新课标精神融入自己的教学中,自主合作学习不流于形式,真实有效,真正把生本教育理念内化于心,外化于行。
齐艳华校长还对青年教师们提出了殷切的希望:希望青年教师们不忘初心,不负韶华,心中有光,脚下有路,实现自己的教育梦想。
