黑米的功效与作用
开胃健脾、滋阴补肾、抗衰老
1、开胃健脾:黑米中含有大量淀粉、蛋白质等物质,多吃黑米有开胃、健脾、暖肝的功效,特别适合食欲不佳的人群。
2、滋阴补肾:黑米中所含的锰、锌、铜等微量元素是比较丰富的,它还含有大量的维生素C、叶绿素、花青素、胡萝卜素和强心苷等特殊成分,经常食用可以起到滋阴补肾的功效。
3、抗衰老:黑米的表皮中含有花青素,这种物质本身就具有很好的抗衰老功效,科学家们最近发现,普通黑米是很好的抗氧化剂来源。黑米又称紫米或紫糯米,含有人体所需的4种氨基酸,其蛋白质含量远高于普通大米。
