非学无以广识,非研无以成教。教研工作是学校教学的灵魂,也是教师提升专业水平的摇篮。集体备课是优化教师教学策略、提高教学效益、加快教师专业成长的有效途径。
在海林市教体局与继红小学合作框架协议引领下,我校有机会线上参加了该校的集体备课活动,通过学习重新改进了原来的集体备课模式。11月15日在校领导的带领下,开展了一年级集体备课展示活动,为其他学年进行了引领展示。

吕雪梅老师主备的是人教版一年级数学上册第六单元《11--20各数的认识》一课。吕老师利用三案多模块的形式清晰呈现了本课时的教材、学情、教学过程与策略、教学重难点、教法与学法、作业分层设计等环节,发挥了学生的主体地位。吕老师还针对教学重点和难点设计了内容丰富的阶梯式练习,题型新颖,很好地发挥了习题的检测及反馈功能。
