学习的第三天,两位老师给我们带来了不同的戏剧课例,通过今天的学习,让我对戏剧课例有了一定的了解。接下来,我们一起来回忆来自潍坊市东风学校的刘丽敏老师给我们带来的Being friends单元教育戏剧课Octopus is a friend。

通过阅读封面,让学生知道绘本的标题Octopus is friend。

Tips:The teacher hands a drum, and says “When I hit drum once,you start to walk.When I hit drum twice,you stop and stand here.”
刘老师在此部分,通过walk-stop-act like a walking octopus-stop-walk-stop-act two-act like a swimming fish(评价:The fish is slow.The fish is fast....)-stop-walk-stop-act four-act like a hungry shark(师:Who are you?生:I am the mouth/body....)-eat a fish(There is a fish.Now,get it.And you try it.Is it yummy?)-walk-stop-back to the circle等环节,让学生在表演中理清故事脉络。

在此部分,刘老师设置问题:Think about the octopus.Is it bad?How about the octopus?学生根据自己的理解回答问题,最后引出The octopus is kind.

在此部分,学生通过自身对故事的理解补充和表演,更加直观地感受了本节课的中心思想。

我的收获与思考
1️⃣本节课刘老师通过设置一系列问题链,引导学生表达自己的观点并阐述所持观点的原因,体现了以学生为中心的课标理念;学生表达自己观点和阐述原因的过程,有助于培养学生的逻辑思维能力。
2️⃣刘老师在讲课的过程中注重培养学生的创新性思维,不拘泥于文本自身的限制;在教学过程中,注重板书的生成性。
3️⃣本节课充分发挥了绘本的育人价值,培养学生善待他人、团结协作、乐于助人、不以外貌取人的高尚品质。
4️⃣在今后英语教学过程中,我们可以运用Conscience Alley,Reader's Theatre等活动,培养学生的发散思维,真正做到以学生为中心。
道阻且长,行则将至,行而不辍,未来可期。通过今天的学习,我收获颇丰,在今后英语教学过程中,要不断学习,不断成长。
