秋之美,在于穗沉果香;教之美,在于钻研提升。为提高教师的专业素养,促进教师的专业成长,让教师们更好地把握新课标、驾驭教材,聚焦课堂,提升教育教学质量。2023年10月25日上午,蔡甸区姚家林小学请来湖北省教育科学研究院的方芳专家,为教师们传经送宝,开展教研相长,提质增效的数学教研活动,同行的还有蔡甸区六小教联体的数学教师。

蔡甸区六小教联体联合教研活动

首先开展的是蔡甸区六小教联体联合教研活动。由蔡甸区姚家林小学一年级丁锐教师执教巜认识钟表》一课。此课是蔡甸区六小教联体凝聚三校的集体智慧,资源共享打造的一节综合实践课。

丁老师在这之前对本节课进行了充分的准备,结合三校集体备课之力,听取各教师的建议,优化教学设计。在这节课中丁老师抓住学生年龄特征,营造轻松积极的课堂氛围。用猜谜语引出钟表,引发学生强烈的兴奋感和亲切感,激发孩子探究的欲望。通过学生亲自动手拨小闹钟,我来说,你来拨等丰富多彩的形式抓住了儿童的心理特点,充分调动学生多种感官参与学习,为学生提供了动手实践、自主探索、观察与思考、发现、表达的机会,激发了学生的参与意识和积极性,同时又培养了学生的动手实践能力。
