评价驱动英语教学，慧眼辨别测试标准

　　2023年10月15号上午，首都师范大学的英语系教授任真给本次参加国培的老师们上了一节特殊的讲座，全场讲座3个小时，老师们情绪饱满，课堂上问题不断，气氛热烈。

　 At  the beginning, the  question:Why  should children  learn  English?

     Learning  English  is a vital  skill  that  will help  young children achieve their full potential  in  later life.

     First ,from the  question: What  should be test?

     The  real  world  use and  all vocabulary  taken  from  the word list.

     To the  young learners, a persitive  first  impression  can  be perceived.  Exams can have  a  positive  effect  on   the learners.

     Achievement  tests  can  help  learners  build  up confidence.

　Second,features  of  test  for  the  young, they  should  be  approprite  and useful,enjoyable. reflect their  experiences.

    Third, Syllabus  for  each  level.And  the assessment  includes  formative  assessment and standized assessment.

    For example ,  the  informal  assessment  includes Observe and  Give comments.  When   a teacher  decides  whether a  learner  is  doing  well  or not ,or whether  a course  is  successful or not ,by observing  learners rather  than  setting a test  or wtiting  an official report or  giving  a grade.

    The  formal  assessment  is done at the end of  a course.The focuse is  on learners receiving  a grade  for  their  work   rather than  receiving  feedback  on  their progress.

    So, we  should  make  the  assessment  reflects the learners real   abilities.

　　As  a teacher,  we should   be able to  choose   a  good  test.

     And be  able to  evaluate  and  analise  a  test  item.
