Leave the Sunset Reddish All the Sky

Long, long fifty-eight years have been gone away;
For a new chapter our wit each did best play.
Like brothers and sisters we loved each other;
Our wise teachers’ grace we always remember.
Yesterday our bright vigor was in the prime,
But each other’s hair is frost-white now this time.
May my old friends take care and in spirit high,
Leaving the sunset reddish over the sky.

After we had chased dream by the Wenloukeng Stream.
Only in our mind eventful times could be found;
Friendship in a new chapter will always resound.
Note: Our high school classrooms in Xinhui No. 4 Secondary School for three years were by the water of Wenloukeng Stream.
