On Monday morning, we came to Yingcai Binjiang Primary School with great hope and expectation. This internship opportunity is not easy to come by. When we knew that we could go to such an excellent primary school, our excitement was beyond words. Even though it was raining today, we still regarded today as a new starting point.

周一的早晨，我们满怀着希冀与期待来到了英才滨江小学。这次的实习机会来之不易，当我们知道可以去这样优秀的小学时，激动的心情溢于言表，即便今天下雨，我们仍将今天作为一个新的起点。

Yingcai Binjiang Primary School attaches great importance to our internship. When we arrived at the school gate, the school principal took us into the auditorium and expressed his heartfelt welcome to our arrival. This welcome ceremony was hosted by Tang Wenyi from the Foreign Language School of Qiongtai Normal University. The teachers who attended the welcome party included Professor Lin Yong, the dean of the Foreign Language School of Qiongtai Normal University, our team leader Xu Huilin, the responsible teacher of the internship students from Yingcai Binjiang Primary School, and President Que Ping.

英才滨江小学对我们本次实习工作是高度重视的，当我们一到学校门口，学校负责人带我们走进礼堂，对我们的到来表示忠心的欢迎。本次欢迎仪式由琼台师范学院外国语学院汤雯怡主持，参与本次欢迎会的老师有琼台师范学院外国语学院院长林勇教授以及我们带队老师许慧琳老师，英才滨江小学本次实习生的负责教师和阙平校长。

After the welcoming ceremony, we entered the campus of Yingcai Binjiang Primary School. As soon as we entered the campus, what attracted us was these vigorous children. The children have countless passion and vitality, and because of them, we are looking forward to the coming week of internship.

在欢迎仪式过后，我们进入了英才滨江小学的校园。一进入校园，吸引我们的就是这些朝气蓬勃的孩子们。孩子们的身上有着无数的激情与活力，因为他们，我们开始期待着未来一周的实习生活。

We followed the children into the classroom, and just as the formal curriculum was beginning, we first experienced the daily work of the head teachers at the beginning of the week, mainly including: first, supervising whether the sanitary area is clean and tidy, and maintaining the order of the class morning reading.

我们随着孩子们走进课堂，在正式课程刚刚开始，我们首先体会到班主任老师们在一周开始的日常工作，主要有:首先进行监督卫生区是否清扫干净整洁，维持班级早读秩序等。

The children in Class 8, Grade 4 are full of vitality and passion. The conscientious, responsible and orderly arrangement of the head teacher has given us a lot of experience. The cheerfulness and liveliness of the English class also make us realize that being an English teacher in primary schools requires not only excellent professional knowledge, but also a strong sense of responsibility and responsibility. Just as during the invigilation process, I found that even fifth grade students have plans to cheat; Children in lower grades generally have some minor problems such as being unable to sit still and looking around; At the same time, children of this age group pay special attention to fairness. When they discover which classmates cheat, they will report it to the teacher and wait for a final fair and just result from the teacher. So how to handle this issue well is my first challenge as an intern teacher. Even a 20 minute quiz is a test for me, as a new intern teacher.（Zhang Fangyu）

正如在监考过程中，我发现即便是五年级的学生也会有想要作弊的打算；年级较低的孩子普遍存在坐不住、左顾右盼等一些小问题；同时，本年龄段的孩子分外注重公平，当他们发现哪些同学作弊会报告老师，并等待教师一个最终公平公正的结果。那么如何处理好这个问题是我作为一名实习教师面对的第一个挑战。即便是一次只有20分钟的随堂考，对于我这个新上任的实习教师来讲也是一次考验。（张芳毓）

My primary school supervisor is Teacher Wu Jing, mainly responsible for teaching English to second grade students. Compared to fifth grade students, second grade students appear more lively and active. 我的小学指导教师是吴婧老师，主要负责二年级学生的英语教学。二年级的学生与五年级生相比显得更加活泼好动，课堂主要是教学生简单的英文单词与表达，更贴近日常化。（郑琪蓉）

This week, the internship teachers also watched the singing and artistic performance of the fifth grade English group. Under the organization and rehearsal of the teacher, everyone was very active and looking forward to this performance. Before the performance, I also participated in the class's preparation activities. I am mainly responsible for the makeup preparation activities of Class 5 (8). The interns are each responsible for different tasks, such as foundation make-up, powder blusher, lipstick, eye shadow... The students are also very happy because of makeup, and they want to get good grades for the class in the performance. The English songs prepared by the students for this literary performance. Welcome to Beijing, I can fly, and so on. In the tender voice of children, teachers can feel the students' blessings for their motherland's birthday and the vitality of the children. This activity is in line with the physical and mental patterns of students. Primary school students love the activity, and the cultural performance not only cultivates children's interest in English, but also enriches campus life. I also felt incredibly happy during the process of participating. Although it was hard for me to truly participate in class activities for the first time, it was more about satisfaction and happiness. (Zheng Qirong)

本周，实习老师们还观看了五年级英语组的歌唱文艺汇演，学生在老师的组织与排练下，每个人都很积极，期待着这次表演。在表演前，我也参与了班级的准备活动。我主要负责五（8）班的化妆准备活动，实习老师们每个都负责不同的任务，打粉底，打腮红，涂口红，眼影……学生们也因为化妆而非常快乐，想着在表演中为班级拿好成绩。这次文艺汇演同学们都准备的英文歌。《Welcome to Beijing》《I can fly》等等。在稚嫩的童声中，老师们能感受到学生对祖国生日的祝福，孩子们的朝气活力。本次活动符合学生的身心规律，小学生喜爱活动，文艺汇演不仅培养孩子对英语的兴趣，同时也丰富了校园生活。我在参与的过程中也感到无比的开心，第一次真正参与班队活动虽然辛苦，但更多的是满足感和幸福感。（郑琪蓉）

My supervisor is Teacher Mai Jingxiu, who is the homeroom teacher of Class 52 and Class 54, respectively. I have gained a general understanding of the students in these two classes from her. The students in these two classes are very lively and lively, and they get along well with each other. They also respect their teachers very much. However, there are quite a few students in these two classes who are "underachievers" in English, with about a dozen in each class, which is also the biggest headache for Teacher Mai. Therefore, Teacher Mai emphasized with our internship teacher that we should provide more tutoring to these English "underachievers" after class, teaching them more vocabulary and texts. I was very nervous when I received this task, but I will learn more from Teacher Mai's teaching methods, draw on her teaching experience, and do my best to help students learn English well and fall in love with it. 我的指导老师是麦景秀老师，她分别是五二班和五四班的班主任。从她这里我大致了解到了这两个班学生的一些情况。这两个班的学生很活泼好动，同学之间相处融洽，也很尊敬老师。但是，这两个班级的学生中英语“后进生”有点多，每个班基本有十几个，这也是让麦老师最头痛的一点。因此，麦老师着重和我们实习老师强调课后要多对这些英语“后进生”进行辅导，多教他们都单词，都课文。接到这个任务时我是十分紧张的，但是我会多向麦老师学习教学方法，汲取她的教学经验，尽自己最大的努力帮助学生们学好英语，爱上英语。(袁琳）

As a prospective teacher, we will fully leverage our English major advantages, improve ourselves, and strive to become an excellent English teacher and educator for Qiongtai Normal University as soon as possible. We will stay with lovely children, accompany them in learning, and grow with them. Thank you to the lovely teacher Huilin for her help during our internship this week, and also to the college for providing us with a broad platform, which gives us confidence to step onto the podium with a more outstanding appearance in the future and become an excellent teacher for the people!
