8. Playing on the Swing 荡秋千

13. Play on the Slide滑滑梯（一）
(1) Climb to the top of the slide. Don’t worry / don’t be afraid, mommy is with you / (right) beside you.
爬上去。不要害怕。妈妈就在旁边呢。
(2) Don't lean over the edge, it is very dangerous. Hold on tight.
身子别往外探，危险。握紧了。
(3) (For slides with an enclosed ceiling / roof) Mind your head. You don’t want to bang / hit your head and hurt yourself.
（适用于封闭式有顶的滑梯）小心头，别撞头，该疼了。

注意：
(1) Play on the slide是最地道的说法。
(2) 中文里我们也说“滑滑梯”，所以英文里也有slide down the slide的说法。
(3)Slide除了指整个的滑梯，也指滑梯中斜坡的那个部分，这个斜坡不叫slope或者ramp。当宝宝已经站在滑梯上，可以往下滑的时候，你也可以说：Please slide down the slide，你还可以将slide down替换为go down。

14. Play on the Slide滑滑梯（二）
1. It's against the rules to climb up the slide. Please go up the stairs or ladder instead.
从滑梯爬上来是违反规则的。请从楼梯或者梯子那边上来。
2. Plus, the slide is too slippery and it's hard to climb up it.
而且滑梯太滑了，很难爬上来。
注意，不是climb it up，而是climb up it。
3. Please hang on to the railing when you walk up the stairs.
爬楼梯的时候要扶着栏杆。
4. Your legs are exposed today. The slide will feel rough when you slide down.
你今天光着腿呢。往下滑的时候你会觉得滑梯有点涩。
(1) Your legs are exposed：光着腿，亦可用your legs are not covered。不能用your legs are naked，naked通常指全裸或半裸，但是光屁股可以用naked butt或者naked bottom，如：You can't walk around with a naked butt. 你不能光着屁股到处跑。
(2) 中文里，我们说“感觉滑梯涩”，但是在英文中是相反的，不是You will feel rough而是the slide will feel rough。
