“采他山之石以攻玉,纳百家之长以厚己。”9月7日上午,福绵区“十四五”教师培训专家库成员能力培训班全体成员齐聚百色市第五中学,开启了第三天的学习之旅。
本次跟岗学习活动围绕“学校管理策略、校园文化建设、教育教学常规、教育教学改革”等内容,让学员全方位学习百色市第五中学的教育理念、德育工作、教学方法,取长补短,促进福绵教育的发展。

参观过程中,学员们了解了百色市第五中学的校训、办学理念、培养目标、德育特色等,特别是“围绕教学抓党建、抓好党建促发展”的党建工作思路让学员印象深刻。

参观完校园后,教导主任刘小榕介绍了该校在教育教学方面的一些做法;汤美红副校长就学校德育工作做了题为《春风化细雨 润物细无声——学校德育管理工作交流》的讲座。讲座中,汤副校长介绍了该校德育工作的做法:一是以常规管理为基础,细化工作,落实管理育人;二是以德育活动为主体,注重体验感悟,推动活动育人;三是以安全教育为抓手,加强安全工作,突出环境育人。

作业优化,前路漫漫;师以匠心,探求育人。彭老师在讲授中让学员们认识到有大批老师在为作业优化摸索前行,优化作业需要精心设计,借鉴其他省市的作业取长补短,《课程标准》的出台,都让学员深刻意识到作业并不只是用来反馈和检测学习效果,应该要确立“以学生和育人来定义作业”。“作业育人”让学生越来越会看、越来越会想、越来越会做、越来越会说、越来越会学,培育学生的学习素养和学习智慧。
