The content, layout and details of the poster are excellent, and it can be seen that the designers have put great effort into it. However, it is better to use a unified term for "北京烤鸭" throughout the poster ——"Beijing duck" or "Beijing roast duck". In addition, “便宜坊(biàn yí fāng)”should be called "Bianyifang" instead of "Cheap Fang".

The poster mainly introduces the history and the cooking procedures of Beijing Duck. Some foreign friends asked me what’s my favorite Chinese food and I said “Beijing Duck” without hesitation. So I am happy learning so much background knowledge about my favorite food. But I think it would be even better if the information (especially in the root part) can be simplified a little bit and concluded by couple summary sentences.
