The traditional name of the Spring Festival is New Year, Spring Festival. In ancient times, the Spring Festival used to refer to the beginning of spring, which was also regarded as the beginning of the year, and later changed to the first day of the first lunar month for the New Year. Generally, at least until the fifteenth day of the first month (Shangyuan Festival) the end of the New Year, the Spring Festival commonly known as "Festival", is the most solemn traditional festival of the Chinese nation. The festival is called "New Year's Day" in ancient times.
