Today was sunny and very comfortable. This morning was the last day of my cousins'calligraphy. My next cousin and I went to visit thire calligraphy together. The three of them took of something and won many prizes. We are truly proud of them. This calligraphy class was a free tutoring program opened by the government, which demonstrates the importance the country attaches to promoting calligraphy. I had decided to come to the next summer vacation as well. I ate some watermelon at the calligraphy today, but my period started in the afternoon. Throughout the afternoon, I was in agony, as if someone was hitting me in the lower abdomen with a sledgehammer. I will no longer eat cold food a few days before my period.The summary of today:The terms of learning，did more than yesterday，because the my body the condition was better.The terms of exercising，not many.
