8月15日，夏末的早晨虽有一丝凉意，但阳光依旧刺眼。老师们已经早早来到教室，积极投入到展示课的准备中，历城区初中英语教研员王勤海老师，也来到老师们身边，悉心指导，给予老师们鼓励，这样的场景在这几天的培训中经常上演。
On August 15th, the morning at the end of summer was a little cool, but the sunlight was still blinding. Teachers came to the classrooms early, actively involved in the preparation. The teacher and researcher of junior middle school in Licheng District, Mr. Wang Qinhai also came to the classrooms and gave the guidance and encouragement. The scenes like this have staged many times in the past few days.
老师们在展示课例时，王老师也往返于各个教室之间，在听完课后，精准地给老师们指出可以继续优化的方面，他提出“课堂要建立在学生的问题上”，解决学生的问题课，才是一节优质课。
While the teachers were presenting their lessons, Mr. Wang went back and forth between the classrooms, and after listening to the lessons, he accurately pointed out that which aspects could be further optimized. He suggested that the class has to be based on students' problems. The classes that solves the students' problems are the ones can be classes of high quality.
暑期培训进程过半，但老师们的研讨、学习热情依然在线，仔细倾听、认真思考、积极回应授课教师提出的问题，并及时反思自己的不足，思考如何优化自己的课堂。课后，热烈讨论和教师积极向专家评委请教的场景，随处可见。
The summer training process is halfway through, but the teachers' enthusiasm for discussion and learning is still nourishing. They keep on listening carefully, thinking seriously and responding positively. Apart from it, they keep reflecting on their own shortcomings and thinking about how to optimize their own classes. After the lesson, scenes of lively discussions and teachers actively seeking advice from experienced teachers could be seen everywhere.
一天的培训结束，在观摩过其他老师的课堂后，有的老师仍然没有离开，继续打磨自己的课，王老师也没有离开，对评委老师们进行指导，一心想着呈现出更理想的课堂效果。
After a day's training, having observed other teachers' classes, some teachers still did not leave and continued to polish their lessons in order to present a better class. Mr. Wang didn’t leave either and gave guidance to the reviewer.
