8月7日上午，历城区2023年暑期初中英语教师教学能力提升活动在济南稼轩学校如火如荼展开。英语教研员王海老师首先赞扬了在李新生局长带领下所开创的历城区良好的生态教育环境，感谢各位学校领导为英语学科活动提供的支持，并强调我区英语团队以优良的作风和拼搏的精神不断涵养着“人勤奋、志高远、求实效、谋幸福”的历城初中英语教育文化。
On the morning of August 7, the 2023 English Teachers' Training in Richeng District was started at Jinan Jiaxuan School. 期间，刘培成局长到达我们英语分会场进行了现场指导。他对全体英语老师提出了鼓励和期许，同时强调年轻教师要去学习骨干教师，希望老师们以学促教，不断进步，抓住机会促成自身飞跃。
Director Liu Peicheng arrived at our English branch venue during the meeting. He showed the high expectation of all of our English teachers and said younger teachers are supposed to learn more from experienced teachers.
在培训开始前，王海老师进入培训班级进行参观，表扬了济南稼轩学校班长和组长对教室的整洁布置和安排。
Before the training, Mr. Wang entered the training class and praised the clean classroom layout of Jiaxuan Middle School.
下午，全体老师分班组进行了说课堂展示和评价，330名教师共分为8个班级，同时开始，精彩纷呈。
In the afternoon, wonderful class presentation started in 8 classes at the same time.
各小组就每位老师的课堂进行了热烈的讨论，每位老师都积极发言，实事求是地提问题、找不足，帮助主备老师精益求精。
Each group conducted a warm discussion on each teacher's lesson. Each teacher gave comments actively and sincerely to the teacher who presented the lesson.
评委老师提出可行性建议，英语教研员王海老师穿插于各个教室进行指导，让培训的老师，尤其是主备老师受益良多。
Trained teachers, especially the teacehrs who gave lessons, learned plenty under the feasible suggestions from the judges and Mr. Wang's instruction.
四点半培训结束后，王海老师仍留在班级里给稼轩和鲍山的老师们答疑解惑，进行进一步的指导。
After the training ended at 4:30, Mr. Wang remained in the class to answer questions and provide further guidance to the teachers of Jiaxuan and Bao Shan.
当培训老师们都离开后，济南稼轩学校的老师们留在教室里打扫卫生，以干净的教室迎接新一天的培训。
When all of the trainers left, Jiaxuan's teachers stayed to clean up the classroom.
培训的第一天是忙碌且充实的，每一位老师都积极向上，收获满满，并且对接下来的培训充满了期待。感谢历城区教育局为老师们提供了能静下心来集体教研的机会和平台，相信每一位参与的老师都会在此次齐修共研中不断学习、反思、进步，促进自身专业素养和教学能力的发展，齐心协力让历城初中英语教育更上一层楼！
The first day of the training was busy but fulfilling. Every teacher learned a great deal, and was full of expectations for the following training. Thanks the Licheng District Education Bureau for providing teachers with the opportunity to learn together.
