空心菜，学名蕹[ wèng ]菜，原产于中国，现如今已是我们日常餐桌上最为常见的蔬菜之一。

【食材准备】
Ingredients Preparation
主角：空心菜30g
Water Spinach/30g
配角：橙子30g、菠萝30g、酸奶50g、饮用水50cc
Orange/30g、Ackfruit/30g、Yogurt/50g、Water/50cc
【制作方法】
Practice
Step1：将空心菜洗干净、晾干后切成3cm的小段（茎和叶可以混在一起切）
Wash and dryIpomoea Water Spinach. Cut into 3cm pieces.
Step2：将橙子和菠萝切块
Cut the orange and pineapple into cubes.
Step3：往榨汁机中依次加入水、酸奶、菠萝、橙子、空心菜
Add water, yogurt, pineapple, orange and water spinach to the juicer.
Step4：搅拌40～60秒就完成啦！
Stir for 40-60 seconds

空心菜虽是因其茎中空而得名，但我国还流传着另一个关于它名字的传说。

相传商朝末年，纣王宠爱妲己而不理朝政，比干便向纣王劝诫，希望纣王远离妲己，好好治理国家。但此时的纣王根本听不进去忠言，还把他骂了一顿。
Once upon a time, there was a king who forgot to rule his country because he loved a woman who was transformed into a fox.A minister named Bikan went to him and urged him to leave the woman and run the country properly. The king did not listen to him.
事后，妲己知道了此事，便决心除掉比干。她假装自己生病，说只有吃了圣人比干的心才有救 。于是纣王找来比干，命人把比干的心脏给掏了出来。
When that fox-turned-woman found out about this, she was angry and decided to kill Bigan.n this day, she pretended to be sick and said that she had a heartache and had to eat the heart of her minister Bigan in order to be cured. The king immediately got someone to fetch Bigan and cut out his heart.
王母娘娘不忍一名忠臣就这么死去，她下凡给了比干一粒药丸，让他吃下后骑着马向南走，路上不要和人搭话，走出一千里后就会再生出一颗心来。
The gods couldn't bear to see a good man die like that, so he came to earth and gave Bikan a pill, telling him to ride his horse 500 kilometers south, not to talk to anyone else on the way, and that after he had traveled 500 kilometers, his heart would grow back.
比干吃了药丸，马上骑马奔行。跑了很长时间后，听见有位女子在路边吆喝：“卖空心菜了，卖空心菜。”比干听到后很奇怪，停下无意间问了一句：“菜无心能活吗？”那个女子回答说：“菜无心能活，可是人无心能活吗？”比干听了这话如晴天霹雳，不由得说到：“菜无心能活，人无心不能活！”说过以后，就倒在地上，死去了。

这就是比干剜心的故事。后人说那个卖菜女子是妲己变来害比干的。人们为纪念比干，就称此菜为空心菜。
