学习日志：理论研究有深浅，课堂实操论短长

    刘云杉——北京大学教育学院副院长、教授，主要研究领域为教育社会学，重点研究高等教育社会学和微观教育社会学（教师与学生发展、课程与教学、学校文化与学校改革）。发表中英文学术论文五十余篇，其中多篇被《人大复印报刊资料》转载。主持多项国家级、省部级课题，兼任全国教育社会学专业委员会副理事长、全国教育人类学专业委员会常务理事、中国教育学理事；江苏省哲学社会科学研究重点基地南京师范大学教育社会学研究中心学术委员，华东师范大学教育高级研究院兼职教授等。

    Expert Introduction:

    Liu Yunshan is the Vice Dean and Professor at the College of Education, Peking University. Her main research areas are sociology of education, with a focus on higher education sociology and micro-level education sociology (teacher and student development, curriculum and instruction, school culture, and school reform). She has published over fifty academic papers in both Chinese and English, with many of them being reprinted in the "Renmin University of China Reproduced Journals and Newspapers." She has led several national and provincial research projects and serves as the Vice Chairman of the National Professional Committee of Sociology of Education, Executive Director of the National Professional Committee of Anthropology of Education, and Director of the Chinese Society of Education. She is also an Academic Committee member of the Education Sociology Research Center, a key research base for philosophy and social sciences in Jiangsu Province at Nanjing Normal University, and an adjunct professor at the Education Advanced Research Institute at East China Normal University.    

上午的课程由北京大学教育学院副院长刘云衫教授以“完全人格，五育并举”为题，基于中国基础教育课程改革这一困境，囊括平等与卓越的张力，新自由主义主导的全球教育改革，以及资本和技术的僭越，通过教与学的张力，知识与能力的张力，训与育的张力和如何成为“蜜蜂”等点展开全面、饱满和批判性的学术理论讲演，从现象到本质，剖析了当今教育现象背后深层的本质，也引发在场学员无限的思考。用范老师的话来总结，刘教授的课堂很难概括，有许多值得深思和探讨的地方，课后仍需大家去研读她的教育著作，学无止境。短短的两个半小时，大家都意犹未尽，在会后仍和刘云杉教授展开进一步的探讨，所谓大师，当如是。

    The morning session was conducted by Professor Liu Yunshan, Vice Dean of the College of Education at Peking University. The topic was "Holistic Development and Balanced Education." Professor Liu addressed the challenges of China's basic education curriculum reform, the tension between equality and excellence, the neoliberal dominance in global education reform, and the encroachment of capital and technology. She delivered a comprehensive, rich, and critical academic lecture, exploring the tension between teaching and learning, knowledge and abilities, training and nurturing, as well as the concept of becoming "bees." She delved into the underlying essence behind the current educational phenomena, prompting profound reflections among the attending participants.    

    To summarize in the words of Professor Fan, it is challenging to capture the essence of Professor Liu's class, as there are many aspects that are worth deep consideration and discussion. After the class, it is recommended that everyone continue to study Professor Liu's educational works, as learning has no limits. In the brief two and a half hours, everyone felt that there was still much more to explore. Subsequently, participants engaged in further discussions with Professor Liu Yunshan, highlighting the true essence of a master in their field.

Expert Introduction:

    Liu Yanhai is the Executive Vice President of Shanghai Pucheng Education Group and the Principal of the High School Division of Beijing Xinfu Academy of Foreign Languages. With 20 years of experience in international education and 14 years of school management experience, he has held various positions such as the North China Regional President of Kaplan Education Group, Vice President of Kande Education Group, China Regional President of Northeastern University USSPP Program, and Principal of NCUK-IFY Beijing Center. He was also involved in founding the international departments of renowned public schools in five provinces and cities in China and the cultural high school in Weifang, Shandong. Liu Yanhai is the author of the books "Career Education CPS Navigation Positioning Curriculum for Adolescents" and "GPS Curriculum for Young Teachers' Instructional Design and Teaching Practice."

    内化于心，外化于行。休整完毕，下午的课堂是由刘燕海校长为大家带来的备课逻辑和课堂调度。通过游戏设计的综合素养课程，造桥的游戏，分阶段来完成可实现的教学设计，认真地观察每一位学员的状态，恰当的批评和鼓励来调度课堂，最后停下来反思和总结，无限的主题延伸，一起来总结和反思课堂。在结合课标，课时有限和让学生打好基础的前提下，如何升级作业，方法是多元的。

    Internalize in the heart, externalize in action. After the break, the afternoon session was led by Principal Liu Yanhai, who shared lesson planning logic and classroom management. Through the design of comprehensive literacy courses using game-based learning, a bridge-building game was implemented in stages to achieve practical instructional design. Principal Liu carefully observed the state of each student and skillfully used constructive criticism and encouragement to manage the classroom. Finally, a moment of reflection and summary was taken, extending the infinite themes for collective analysis and introspection of the class.

    Considering the curriculum standards, limited class time, and the goal of building a solid foundation for students, there are diverse methods for upgrading assignments.

    在课堂设计上，刘燕海校长从《南极旅行的行李准备》，发散思维，利用鱼骨图来整合思路，以并列和递进的形式展开，教学思路的开拓和板书的设计，挖掘教学问题的本质。

    In terms of classroom design, Principal Liu Yanhai took the topic of "Preparing Luggage for a Trip to Antarctica" as an example to explore divergent thinking. He used a fishbone diagram to integrate ideas, presenting them in a parallel and progressive manner. This approach expanded teaching strategies and aided in designing effective visual aids to uncover the essence of teaching issues.
