为了激发学生学习英语的兴趣，形成浓厚的英语学习氛围。我校八年级英语教师在2023年5月5日举行了Interesting English Story Speech的活动。
参加小故事演讲的同学们个个满怀信心、热情高涨。
主持人一口流利的英文宣布活动正式开始。

霍一霖同学第一个上场，却毫不胆怯。甜美的声音瞬间俘获了老师和学生们的心，大家都静静聆听，细细品味。让我们在英文版《狼来了》的故事中反思，并进一步理解诚实的重要性。

李远航同学口语清晰流畅，姿态自然，落落大方，能用流利的英语阐述有一定难度等级的故事，清晰明了的表述故事发展脉络，使复杂的故事简单化，基本功可见一斑。

张涵嘉同学语音语调准确、流畅，演讲富有激情，与观众有眼神沟通，肢体语言丰富展现了故事情景。
- 八（5）班 杨萌萌
The Echo of the Mountains
…the weather was sunny.The sun shone brightly. The birds sang songs happily in the tree and the fish swam freely in the river...From the story, we learn whatever we are in the filed, in the forest, at school or at our home , we should remember,"Be kind to others, and to yourself."
杨萌萌同学英语口语流利，内容表达清晰，落落大方，形象生动地刻画了故事中角色对新奇事物的探究。通过有趣的英文故事讲述，让我们感悟到了“善待他人就是善待自己”的真谛。

The wolf ran after little red riding hood.At this time, a hunter passed through the house，he shot the wolf and saved little red riding hood.
廖紫凝同学声音洪亮，感情充沛，语调抑扬顿挫，极大地激发起听众的兴趣。

- No.10 八（10）班 黄辰逸
The Ugly Duckling
A duckling was different from others, it looked very ugly. Brothers and sisters disliked it. They laughed at him. So the ugly duckling went away. When the ugly duckling woke up the next day, it found some wild ducks were surrounding it.The wild ducks warned,“You are so ugly.Don’t come up near us.”
黄辰逸姿态、动作、手势、表情、自然、形象地表达故事内容和思想感情，情节精彩曲折，讲述有感染力，声情并茂，富有韵味和表现力，把听者带进了开心乐园，令人眉开眼笑。

Talented Show
才艺展示环节中，八（5）班沈诗涵同学随着“青花瓷”动听的旋律，一段柔美的民族舞使大家眼前一亮。她敢于大胆展示才华，更体现了她对业余爱好的执着，赢得了参赛选手们的阵阵掌声。
八（9）班 周芮萌同学带来的歌曲《敕勒川》，嗓音清澈，歌声悠扬，表演有张力。歌声宛如故事徐徐道来显示了深厚的声乐功底。
八（7）班杨轶珺同学弹着尤克里里哼唱着 Take Me Home， Country Road ，轻快的旋律仿佛让我们带到了景色怡人、民风淳朴的乡村，去感受大自然的秀丽，体会一种自由、洒脱的生活态度。
最后，八年级英语组刘老师对这次活动进行总结发言。同学们在此次活动中表现出来的对英语的热爱着实令我们感动和欣喜。大胆创新、不拘一格的呈现形式非常值得肯定。希望大家能在快乐中学习英语，在学习英语中体会快乐！
Youth means limitless possibilities. 在活动中，我们讲故事、听故事，体会英语这门学科带给我们的快乐，感受语言的魅力。对学生来说，这是一次难忘的经历和美好的回忆，成功的激发了他们学习英语的兴趣，培养了他们说英语的能力。
