为了提高我校学生对英语的感受能力和表达能力,丰富我校学生的课余文化生活，增强学生课内外运用英语的能力，体验英语口语表达的乐趣,何市镇中小英语教研组于4月27日举办了“用英语讲好中国故事”活动 。
现在出场的是本次活动的主持人五（3）班王龙涛同学和六（3）班陈盈盈同学，在两位小主持人口齿伶俐，大方得体的播报中，为此次比赛揭开了神秘的面纱，看呐，参赛选手们已经整装待发，让我们敬请期待他们精彩的表演吧！
三（1）班同学带来的故事：《龟兔赛跑》
《The Race between hare and tortoise》
This story tells us:Modesty leads to progress, while pride leads to backwardness.
三（2）班同学带来的故事是：《狼先生》
《Mr wolf》
This story tells us：Don't lie, be an honest and trustworthy person.
三（3）班同学带来的故事是：《乌鸦和狐狸》
《Crow and fox》
This story tells us:Always maintain a clear mind, not easily believe what others say when facing temptations, use your brain to analyze things and avoid being deceived.
四（1）班的同学带来的故事是：《乌鸦喝水》
《Crow drinks water》
This story tells us:When encountering difficulties, one should be good at thinking and using their brains, and even the most difficult things will be easily solved.
四（2）班的同学带来的故事是：《狐假虎威》
《A fox masquerading as a tiger》
This story tells us:We should use our brains in everything, not blindly believe, not be deceived by appearances, and not use the power of others to oppress others.
四（3）班的同学带来的故事是：《坐井观天》
《Look at the sky from the bottom of a well》
This story tells us:Have a broad vision and broad thinking, and cannot view the world with a narrow perspective.
五（1）班同学带来的故事是：《丑小鸭》

五（2）班同学带来的故事是：《皇帝的新装》
《The Emperor’s Clothes》

五（3）班同学带来的故事是：《守株待兔》
《Wait for gains without pains》
This story tells us:Don't expect to get something for nothing, you should rely on your own efforts to pursue your goals, and your efforts will pay off.
五（4）班同学带来的故事是：《孔融让梨》
《Kong Rong shares pears》
This story tells us:Filial piety and respect for the elderly, understanding respect, mutual tolerance, and not selfishness.
六（1）班同学带来的故事是：《狐狸与葡萄》
《The fox and the grapes 》
This story tells us:Don't fool yourself and face reality bravely.
六（2）班同学带来的故事是：《王二小》
《The story of Wangerxiao》
This story tells us:Only by uniting the Chinese nation can it overcome all difficulties.
六（3）班同学带来的故事是：《猴子捞月》
《Monkeys grasp for the moon》
This story tells us:Be good at observing and thinking, and see the essence of things through phenomena.
六（4）班同学带来的故事是：《花木兰》
《Huamulan》
This story tells us:Putting filial piety first, pursuing oneself, and persevering
六（5）班同学带来的故事是：《嫦娥奔月》
《Change flying to the moon》
This story tells us:Sacrifice oneself for others, selfless dedication.
本次活动在不知不觉中进入尾声，各位评委正在为参加比赛的班级评分。
爱因斯坦曾经说过“我认为对于一切情况，只有热爱才是最好的老师。”此次活动不仅是一个展示自我能力的平台，更是一个自我突破，提升自信以及英语学习兴趣的共同学习空间。希望孩子们在一次次站在舞台之后，从敢说敢讲到能说会讲，并且能够寻找到属于自己的光芒，我们始终相信是金子总会发光的！
