    您好!

    春季,天气回暖,万物复苏,近期是甲流等病毒的高发期。由于甲流病毒人群普遍易感,常在人员密集场所快速引起聚集性疫情,一旦感染会严重影响孩子的健康和正常生活。预防甲流等病毒需要幼儿园与家长的共同努力。为了有效预防和控制甲流等病毒的发展和流行,保障孩子额身体健康。今天,我园为大家带来“甲流等病毒”预防宣传手册,一起来了解一下吧!

             什么是甲流病毒

    甲型流感病毒主要通过飞沫经呼吸道传播,也可通过呼吸道分泌物,体液和被病毒传染的物品直接或间接接触传播。人群对流感病毒普遍缺乏免疫力,儿童病例居多,病情较重,无明显性别差异,感染后可获得对同型病毒的免疫力,但持续时间短,而且各型与各型之间没有交叉免疫,可反复发作。

     甲流的潜伏期通常在1-3天,最主要的症状是发热,全身肌肉酸痛与头痛,也会有一些较轻的呼吸道症状,例如咳嗽,流涕,咽痛等。

             怎么预防和治疗甲流

     王宝增表示,预防流感,最有效的方式是接种流感疫苗。推荐在甲流流行期开始之前进行接种,一般是10月。

      除了流感疫苗外,甲流其他的防护措施与新冠预防基本相同。面对流感,“防”大于“治”。流感和新冠肺炎同属呼吸道传染病,因此,“戴口罩”,“少聚集”等新冠肺炎的防控措施对流感的防控也同样有效。

  

具体应当做到:

1,勤洗手,使用洗手液并用流动水洗手,双手接触呼吸道分泌物后应立即洗手。

2,打喷嚏和咳嗽时应用手帕或纸巾掩住口鼻,避免飞沫污染他人。

3,不随地吐痰,口鼻分泌物用纸巾包好,弃置于有盖垃圾箱内。

4,均衡饮食,适量运动,充足休息,避免过度疲劳。

5,每天开窗通风数次,保持室内空气新鲜。

6,少去人群聚集场所。

              主题教育

   为了让孩子们更好的了解预防流感知识,提高小朋友们的防范意识,为此各班老师开展了预防甲流等病毒的主题教育,让孩子们不仅认识了甲流等病毒的特征,还对如何预防甲流等病毒有了全面的学习。

                 家园共育

    各班老师向班级家长推送了流感病毒知识的学习和宣传,进一步提升对幼儿传染病的认知,提高家长对甲流等病毒的防控意识,让家园共建坚实的安全壁垒。
