第一节侯老师从二年级上册劳动烹饪与营养任务群,精心策划了《生活中的饮品》大单元教学,通过侯老师条理清晰的汇报,展示了周密构建的课程框架,紧密对接课程标准。该设计旨在增强学生饮品制作技能,树立健康饮食观,并培养跨学科素养,巧妙融合科学、艺术、信息技术与社会实践,促进学生多维度发展。在《冲泡茶叶》与《自制水果茶》课例中,严格遵循劳动新课标,强调实践操作与创新,让学生在掌握冲泡技艺与水果搭配美学的同时,体验劳动创造的乐趣,锻炼动手能力与思维。学情分析精准,课时目标明确,教学活动贴近学生生活,通过任务导向与小组合作,激发学生兴趣,促进深度学习,助力学生在实践中成长,在创新中学会服务社会,为未来奠定坚实基础

第二节课,匡青青老师带来了《我是择菜小能手》。匡老师情境创设巧妙,从蔬菜变佳肴引出择菜主题,激发学生兴趣,同时以问题导入,引导学生理解择菜概念。其次,教学内容丰富,让学生通过分类卡片认识蔬菜类别,梳理各类蔬菜择菜方法,涵盖叶菜类、根茎类、花菜类、豆荚类和果菜类,且结合视频教学,生动形象。再者,注重实践操作,小组合作择菜,明确要求并强调安全,培养学生动手和团队协作能力。然后,展示评价环节全面,学生展示成果并提出困难,大家共同解决,同时从多方面评价作品,促进学生相互学习。最后,课程升华拓展到位,通过总结收获、倡导学以致用及变废为宝等内容,培养学生多种良好习惯,让学生在劳动中收获知识与快乐,提升综合素养。
