冬季是呼吸道感染的高发季节,冬季由于供暖,造成室内外温差过大,加上窗门紧闭,室内空气流通差,一些致病菌和病毒易侵袭幼儿体内。所以,即使是在寒冷的冬季,也要定时开窗换气,加大室内湿度。如果室内温度过高,可在暖气片上放上湿毛巾,或在暖气旁边放一盆清水。

3、鼓励幼儿早卧早起,保证睡眠,注意脚部保暖,经常用温热水泡脚、按摩和刺激双脚穴位,以促进血液循环,提高机体抗寒能力。
