柔韧性是人体关节活动幅度的大小以及跨过关节的韧带、肌腱、肌肉、皮肤及其他组织的弹性和伸展能力。本节课通过一个全身拉伸的方式,让学生提高柔韧性的同时还能够缓解放松到平时课业和运动后给身体带来的紧张感。今天韩正宁妈妈给我班的同学们上了一堂拉伸课。

小学生的关节软骨较厚,韧带易拉长,关节活动范围大于成年人,且肌纤维较细,肌肉的伸展性较强,是发展柔韧素质的最好时机,在小学阶段应加强柔韧素质的训练,同时发展柔韧素质要与培养身体的正确姿势和力量性的练习结合起来,才能保证全部关节(特别肩关节)的协调发展。
