入冬以来,流感、肺炎等呼吸道传染病高发,其具有传染性较强、传播速度较快的特征。人群对流感等呼吸道传染病普遍易感,在人群聚集的场所易暴发疫情。
幼儿园是集体生活环境,幼儿年龄小、抵抗力弱容易发生疾病传播,我们园所从以下几个方面做好幼儿护理及传染病防控。

冬季干燥,孩子的皮肤容易缺水干裂,应使用柔软的湿毛巾擦拭,并涂抹润肤霜。提醒孩子多喝水,补充体内水分,缓解干燥状况。老师做好日常的穿衣护理,防止幼儿着凉。

冬季寒冷的环境对于我们进行体育锻炼存在许多制约,但同时,在冬季进行体育运动也能强化我们的呼吸系统、增强抵抗力、也让人更加灵敏。需要注意的是,冬季进行体育锻炼一定要做好热身,调整呼吸,既要达到一定运动量,也要避免运动损伤的出现。

冬季是各类传染性疾病的高发期,请家长时刻关注幼儿身体状况,减少不必要外出,尽量少去人员密集场所。做好个人防护和家庭卫生。保持室内空气清新,定时开窗通风。注意防寒保暖,多饮水,多食新鲜的瓜果、蔬菜。规律作息,也是增强免疫力不可缺少的一部分。寒夜渐长,保证充足睡眠时间很重要。冬季宜早睡,千万不要熬夜哦!早睡早起,用满满的元气和冬天撞个满怀,充实的度过每一天。
