在素质教育全面推进的当下,小学生的心理健康教育愈发受到重视。为了切实提升小学生的心理健康素养,营造积极向上、健康和谐的校园氛围,白沙镇中心小学精心组织开展了小学生心理教育活动月。此次活动以“拥抱自己,健康成长”为主题,旨在通过一系列丰富多彩、形式多样的活动,深入普及心理健康知识,帮助学生增强心理调适能力,培养良好的心理品质和健全人格。

关注中小学生心理健康,我们要这样做:
青少年心理健康问题,近几年来屡见不鲜,主要是由于学习压力,与父母、同学和老师的摩擦,可能引起神经衰弱、自卑、嫉妒心理,异性交往也可能引起其他一些问题。预防措施主要包括家庭关怀,学校、社会支持,以及自我心态调整等。

1.家庭关怀:父母应多抽出时间与青少年进行沟通,以鼓励、倾听为主,或者一起进行家庭旅行,尊重青少年的兴趣爱好。单亲家庭或留守儿童等特殊人群,家庭内其他长辈也应尽可能地给予陪伴、关心。

2.学校、社会支持:教师可号召同学们去关心、爱护、体贴和帮助彼此,或者彼此交换小礼物等,让青少年感受到集体的温暖。学校与社会应多鼓励,使学生健康身心发展,科学合理安排学业任务,不打压、不侮辱学生。

3.自我心态调整:学会自我调节、控制情绪,正确面对青春期性意识的发展。保持乐观心情,不随意迁怒他人,不过分苛求完美,适当降低自我期待,多鼓励自己。另外,可多参加集体活动,与好友互诉烦恼等,保持愉悦心态。
