2.水烧开焯水5分钟,捞出沥干。

虾仁中含钙量很高,而且镁含量也丰富。所含蛋白质是鱼、蛋、牛奶的几十倍。
胡萝卜含有大量的维生素A,有补肝明目的作用;玉米中含有丰富的植物纤维素和钙质;山药能够补脾养胃;莴笋味道清新,里面的钾、磷与钙含量较高,未成年食用可促进骨骼及牙齿发育,预防佝偻病。
