合理营养 科学膳食

1.饮食应做到营养均衡。选择多样化的食物,做到科学合理的搭配,保证幼儿获得足够的蛋白质和维生素。
2.提高粗粮杂粮在饮食中的比例。粗粮杂粮富含维生素、矿物质等营养物质。
3.要加强补钙。因为春天是孩子的猛长期,补钙有助于身高增长。富含钙质的食物有芝麻、黄花菜、萝卜、胡萝卜、海带、虾皮、牛奶、骨头汤等。
4.摄入充足的维生素C。维生素C能提高免疫力和抗病能力,对大脑和身体发育有促进作用。维生素C含量较高的蔬菜水果有:柑橘、苹果、西红柿、萝卜、大枣等。
5.督促幼儿养成健康的饮食习惯。不挑食不偏食、少吃油炸食品、减少零食和冷饮的摄入。
6.鼓励幼儿多喝白开水。白开水不仅能够补充孩子体内缺少的水分,还能够增强孩子的新陈代谢能力,有利于将体内的有毒物质排出,降低生病的概率。
