均衡的营养是长高的必备物质条件,其中蛋白质、矿物质、微量元素一样都不能少。

蛋白质:富含蛋白质的食物包括牛奶、瘦肉、鱼、虾、蛋、花生、豆制品等。

矿物质:补充骨骼生长所需的钙、磷等,可多吃牛奶、虾皮、海带、紫菜等食物。
