刷牙小课堂
倒水、挤牙膏
1.先刷上下门牙,从右边开始刷,记得把握好时间2至3分钟即可。
2.牙刷毛斜45度放在牙齿和牙龈交界的位置。
3.刷牙时小幅度水平震颤,2~3颗牙为一组,从前到后、从后到前刷牙,不要太用力。
4.将牙刷竖起来,用刷头前端轻刷牙齿内侧面,去除牙齿缝隙中的牙菌斑。
5.牙齿咬合面,此处是吃东西时需要咀嚼的牙齿表面,一定要细心一点刷。
6.舌头也很重要,由内向外轻轻去除食物残渣以及细菌,让口气保持清新。

良好的生活习惯
