英语小课堂——第一期

随着机上外籍旅客的增多，清晰、准确且礼貌的英语广播和服务用语是确保乘客安全与舒适的关键。北京之翼班组为大家开设了英语小课堂，包括一些常用的服务用语和广播词，希望大家认真学习，提升乘务员国际化职业形象和呈现立体亲和服务品质。

一、服务用语

     迎客 Welcome Aboard

1.早上(下午/晚上)好先生/女士!我可以看一下您的登机牌吗? 

Good morning(afternoon/evening)Sir/ Madam. May I have a look at your boarding pass?

2.打扰一下先生/女士，麻烦您侧身让后面的旅客过一下。 

Excuse me Sir/ Madam, could you please give way to the passengers behind.

3.31A 座位没有旅客，起飞后您可以去坐。

31A is available. You could go sit there after take-off.

4.发生旅客重座的情况时: 非常抱歉，请您在座位上休息一下，我马上让地服人员查询一下。

I’m really sorry about this, would you mind taking a seat first? I will check with the ground staff straight away. 

让您久等了，是我们工作的失误。您的座位应该是 31 排 A 座，我马上带您过去。

 Thank you for your waiting. It is our mistake. Your seat number is 31A. I will take you there.

5.打扰一下先生/女士，您旁边的旅客想和她的孩子坐在一起， 请问您愿意和她换座位吗?

Excuse me Sir/ Madam, the lady next to you wants to sit together with her child. Would you mind changing your seat with her?

6.实在抱歉，我已经沟通过了，但那位旅客还是想坐靠窗的座位。 

I’m so sorry, I have talked with that passenger, but he still prefers the window seat.

7.___先生/女士，我们为您准备了橙汁、矿泉水、红灯笼和橙意满满。请问您喜欢哪一种?

Mr. / Ms.___, we have prepared orange juice, mineral water ，Red Lantern and  Juice sprite water for you. Which one would you like?

8.___先生/女士，您需要换一下拖鞋吗，这样会舒服些。

Mr. / Ms., would you like to put on the slippers? It will make you feel more comfortable.

9.___先生/女士，我帮您把衣服挂在衣帽间，好吗?

Mr. / Ms. ___, May I help you hang up your coat in the closet?

10.(帮客人保管行李时的提示)请您取出行李中的护照、贵重 及易碎物品。

Would you mind taking out your passport, the valuables and the fragile items from your luggage?

11.座椅号码位于行李架上方。

The seat numbers are indicated on the overhead bins.

12.实在抱歉，先生，您座椅上方的行李架满了。我明白您想把包放在身边，我建议您放在您前面座椅下方好吗?

Excuse me Sir, I do apologize that there is no space in the overhead locker above your seat. I understand you would like to keep your bag close to you. May I suggest you stow it under the seat in front of you?

13.出口座位确认:

女士/先生: 您好!您坐的是本架飞机的应急出口座位，在此区域不要摆放任何行李物品。正常情况下请 勿触动舱门(出口)手柄，在紧急情况下请做我们的援助者，您是否愿意?相关规定请您阅 读《出口座位须知卡》，如有疑问请及时与我们联系，谢谢!

Sir/Madam:

Here is the emergency exit seat of this aircraft. Emergency exit area should be clear of baggage or any obstacles. Please do not touch the exit control handle in normal situation and assist flight attendant in emergency situation. Here is the emergency exit safety instruction, please read it carefully. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.
