不知不觉,已经和小朋友们一起生活一学期了。从开学的哭哭闹闹,乱跑乱跳,到如今的说说笑笑,孩子们每一点进步都倾注了小二班四位老师的心血,当然也离不开家长对我们工作的支持配合。本学期,我们老师在园领导的带领下,根据园的工作计划,结合小班幼儿发展的实际需要,坚持“保教”并重的原则,努力促进幼儿身心健康全面和谐的发展。现将本学期工作总结如下:

在开学初期,我们召开了本学期的家长会以及新生幼儿走访工作,及时了解幼儿生活习惯和性格特点,减少幼儿分离焦虑,让幼儿更快的融入幼儿园这一集体生活中

本学期班上每个小朋友都充满活力与朝气,开学初期虽然有部分幼儿会出现哭闹的情况,但是总体来说,小二班的小朋友们表现很棒,适应能力很快,哭闹的情况都很少哦。

本学期,我们继续认真贯彻“新纲要”的精神,坚持以幼儿园的园务工作计划为指导,积极开展奥尔夫音乐、主题课程,体智能、烘焙课、全景游戏的特色教育教学工作。
三月份:完善环境布置,选择主题教学内容。做好新生接待工作,稳定新生幼儿的情绪建立正常的教学秩序,开展午间操、早操活动。

为了使小朋友们能够得到良好的教育教学体验,我们每个学期都会进行全园集体教研每个月年级组的老师都要根据孩子们最近的表现及本月主题、节日活动等进行深入的沟通交流学习确保孩子们能够体验、学习、掌握本年龄段最正确良好的教育教学。每周班级上的老师都会开展班务会议,对上周工作进行总结,本周工作及注意事项进行安排。

三月份:开展主题活动“我爱我家”根据这个主题我们开展了以下课程:家是溫暖的所在,没有谁比一个孩子更依恋自己的家了,所以我们设计了“我爱我家”这一主题。根据这个主题我们开展了以下课程: 《幼儿园的香香饭》、《我家有几口》、《温暖的小房子》、《神奇的咒语》、《宝贝一家亲》、《小蝌蚪找妈妈》……每周制定详细的班级工作计划、周计划。对幼儿进行常规的培养和各方面好习惯的培养。

四月份:《滚滚真好玩》三四岁的孩子喜欢可以滚动的事物,平时自己也喜欢翻一翻、打个滚,从中获得快乐与满足。在“滚滚真好玩”主题里,我们满足孩子,提供可以滚来滚去的条件,让他们 “滚”个够。那么,什么样的物体才可以滚动呢,恐怕孩子最先想到的就是球类了。《我发现的滚滚宝贝》、《缺失的一角》、《会跳舞的皮球》、《好玩的报纸球》、《气球大变身》、《快乐的轮胎》、《好玩的轮胎》、《滚滚画》、《圆圆畅想记》、《小动物滚球》、《身体转转转》、《好玩的呼啦圈》……

奥尔夫音乐教育是一个综合性的教育整体。在奥尔夫的音乐课堂中,孩子们有机会进入丰富的艺术世界,奥尔夫音乐培养了孩子,提高感知觉能力,模仿能力,提高精细和手眼口耳协调、身体协调、感觉综合能力教育。本学期开展的奥尔夫课程有:《吃西瓜》、《榨果汁》、《泡泡飞起来》、《青蛙之旅》、《旋转木马》等 幼儿进步的地方:本学期上的奥尔夫音乐小朋友都能认识到很多的乐器,老鼠按钟 八音转钟等。 不足的地方:上课注意力不集中,没有遵守规则,喜欢用乐器没有节奏的乱敲打。

进步的地方:让幼儿在游戏过程中爱上运动,并且主动参与到大集体的运动会里。
不足的地方:在玩耍时没有安全意识,喜欢追逐打闹,有争抢的现象发生。

全景游戏不光吸引着孩子们,还让孩子们置身在一个全方位、立体化的真实情境之中,激发了孩子的逻辑性思维,全景游戏有利于开发大脑,引领孩子们走向活跃的理性思维,主动解决问题。本学期我们的全景课程有《找糖果》、《交通工具》、《小狗餐厅》、《跳格子》、《开汽车》等。
幼儿进步的地方:大部分幼儿动手能力比较强,在操作时能够独立完成安排的小任务。
不足的地方:少数幼儿依赖性比较强,上课可以做到认真听讲,但是在操作时不愿意动手或者请求帮助。

烘焙课是集趣味性、动手能力和创意性为一体的综合活动,通过幼儿亲手完成精美的烘焙作品,本学期上的烘焙课程有:《香蕉吐司片🍌🍞》、《水果西米露🥭🍉》、《炸蘑菇》等让幼儿在制作的过程中充分调动感官和手指的协调,幼儿用双手敲敲、打打、揉揉、拉拉,以及调配运用各种材料进行创作,让幼儿的创造力得到最大限度的体现,并帮助幼儿建立良好的自信心和对生活的热爱。
幼儿进步的地方:增强了动手能力,了解到日常生活中的食物制作的过程,体验到成功的喜悦 。
不足的地方:在上烘焙课时,幼儿喜欢用食物进行玩耍,浪费食物等行为。

区域活动的开展能够为幼⼉交往提供良好的⼼理环境,区域活动的设置是⾃由的,开放的,孩⼦可以根据⾃⼰的喜好选择相应的区域进⾏活动,丰富的环境为孩⼦提供了探索、求知、交往、合作的机会,使孩⼦的欲望得到满⾜。也是小朋友们最喜欢的活动哦,在区域活动中,小朋友各自扮演不同的角色,开展游戏,在游戏活动中,小朋友们都有自己的不同的分工与角色。

户外活动能够增强幼儿体质,促进身体健康发展。幼儿正处在生长发育的时期,身体各器官各系统发育尚未成熟、完善,对外界环境的适应能力较弱,容易受到各种自然因素的变化影响,采用适合幼儿生理特点的户外体育活动,可以提高幼儿身体的适应能力、抗病能力。

四、卫生保健工作

本学期春季传染病(手足口、水痘、疱疹性咽峡炎……)的高发期,导致了幼儿出勤率降低,由于本班幼儿年龄较小,抵抗力低下,被传染的几率也随之增加。在传染病来势汹汹的情况下我们更加严格执行安全卫生制度,每周两次紫外线消毒,每天坚持消毒水杯,毛巾,打扫教室,做好预防疾病工作,防止病菌的传播,为幼儿创造整洁美观的环境。被褥根据情况每月带回家清洗消毒。根据天气情况,每两周带回家消杀。毛巾和水杯每日集中高温蒸汽消毒两次。幼儿玩具保持清洁,积木、积塑每周消毒一次。桌椅每天用84消毒液水溶液擦洗,保持桌椅整洁。地面、厕所每天拖、冲洗,每天用消毒液消毒二次。教室每周三、五紫外线灯消毒杀菌一次,每天放学还会对全园进行消杀。保障幼儿健康快乐成长。

我班幼儿年龄较小,大部分幼儿还不能根据天气变化和运动量的大小主动增减衣服,每次早操前尽量做到检查每个幼儿的衣服,帮他们脱掉过多的衣服。年龄较小的幼儿在午睡或者游戏中有时候会尿裤子,我们及时给予更换,并把衣裤洗净晒干。对于带药来园的孩子,不管是中药、西药、冲剂还是口服液,我们都按时按量给幼儿服用,在日常生活中我们都密切留意观察幼儿的神态变化,发现异常能与家长及时联系,出现特殊情况老师会及时送到医院就医。我班老师认真负责的态度以及对孩子的关爱,得到了家长的肯定和好评。由于本班幼儿年龄较小,在家里很多事情都是包办代替,自理能力较差。针对这一情况,我们利用了各种时机进行常规教育,让幼儿在集体中学习基本的生活自理能力。

我们还对幼儿进行日常常规培养,如上下楼梯手扶扶手,一个跟着一个走;学习排队洗手等。通过这一学期的教育和帮助,现在幼儿基本乐于学习和尝试自己的事情自己做,到学期末,大部分孩子学会了自己洗手,自己吃饭,自己擦嘴巴,流鼻涕会请求老师帮助擦鼻涕,分清左右脚穿鞋子等,在生活能力,生活习惯和卫生习惯上都有了很大的进步。
