2024年6月12日上午第4节,陆松老师执教四年级《50米快速跑》。课上,陆老师采用多种组织形式,通过集体练习、分组练习、分小组进行竞赛等,采用生观察、思考、尝试、师引导示范、再尝试等教(学)法,充分调动学生学习的积极性和参与性,在练习中同学们相互帮助,共同进步。整堂课学生在愉悦的学习氛围中,通过学赛练一体化教学,学生的运动技能得到有效提升,完成本课的教学目标。

课前,陆老师带领着同学在操场上慢跑两圈,做热身活动,同学们跑的很整齐,慢跑是为了增强学生的心肺功能,起到锻炼身体和唤醒机体的作用,为即将到来的运动做好全面的准备。

1、左脚在前,后脚在后,两膝微屈,上身稍前倾,重心放在前脚掌上。
2、跑步时,前脚蹬地有力,迅速向前跑出,同时手臂摆动,前不过鼻,后不过腰。
