本学期“创意智造”社团课程主要分为两个模块:
模块一:3D创意设计。
3D打印是一种用于制造三维实物的先进技术,其工作原理是通过将数字模型切割为薄片,然后逐层打印这些薄片,一层一层地叠加,最终形成一个完整的实体物体。它的操作简单,只需通过计算机软件将3D模型发送给打印机,并选择合适的材料,打印机就能够自动完成打印过程。
课程内容包含软件和硬件两部分。软件部分主要介绍如何利用三维建模软件3D One设计实体模型。硬件部分主要介绍3D打印相关技术、3D打印原理,以及3D打印机的相关操作。
模块二:激光切割设计。
激光切割技术是利用高能量密度的激光束加热工件,使温度迅速上升,在非常短的时间内达到材料的沸点,材料开始汽化,形成蒸气。这些蒸气的喷出速度很大,在蒸气喷出的同时,在材料上形成切口。
课程内容主要包括激光切割的原理、工作方式、设计方法和实践操作,通过本门课程的学期将帮助学生建立起对激光切割技术的整体认知。
