The story begins on a wonderful morning, when the sun clears the clouds and pokes out a curious little head. We walked with neat steps and filled with joy into Pandan Primary School in Haikou, entering this sunny campus. We will be conducting a one week internship activity here, and this time we will mainly go to the third, fourth, and fifth grades for internship observation.

故事的开始是在一个美妙的清晨，阳光拨开云层探出好奇的小脑袋。我们迈着整齐的步伐怀揣着满心的欢喜走进海口市攀丹小学，走进这盛满阳光的校园。我们将要在这里进行为期一周的见习活动，此次我们主要去三、四和五年级进行见习观摩。

All the teachers and students held a flag-raising ceremony under the national flag, with the sound of the flag music, the flag bearer raised the bright five-star red flag slowly, and the teachers and students of the whole audience paid attention to the salute and team salute, singing the national anthem together. The national flag flies in the wind, carrying hope and vision, and lighting the hearts of all people.

全体师生在国旗下举行升旗仪式，随着出旗音乐的响起，护旗手将鲜艳的五星红旗缓缓升起，全场的老师和学生行注目礼和队礼，一同唱响国歌。国旗迎风飘扬，承载着希望和憧憬，也照亮了所有人的心。

As the sun rises, children are like the rising sun, the freshest and most tender flowers of our country, expressing their lofty respect towards the national flag.

旭日初升，孩子们就像冉冉升起的太阳，是祖国最鲜嫩的花朵，向着国旗表达自己崇高的敬意。

Early in the morning, the lovely pupils gathered together, including young pioneers, flag-raisers, drummers and our teachers. This flag raising is the most special I have ever seen, there is a drummer beating music, we sing the national anthem together, reflecting everyone's respect for the motherland.

清晨，可爱的小学生们欢聚一堂，有少先队员、升旗手、鼓手以及我们的老师们。这一场升旗是我见过的最最特备的一次，是有鼓手敲打着音乐，大家一起行注目礼唱国歌，体现着大家对于祖国的敬重。

On a bright morning , elementary school students attended the flag-raising ceremony in an orderly manner.Strikingly, a group of students lined up with drums to beat to a consistent rhythm，which is really a beautiful scenery.

在阳光明媚的早晨，小学生们井然有序地参加着升旗仪式，更引人注目的是还有一群排着整齐队伍的学生拿着鼓敲打出一致的节奏。这真的是一道亮丽的风景线。

At flag-raising ceremonies, the practice of wearing white on the bottom and black on top typically represents a formal and respectful attitude. In China, this style of dress is usually a sign of reverence for the national flag and the country, as well as an indication of the importance attached to the ceremony. White and black are two very formal and traditional colors, symbolizing respect and solemnity in many cultures.

在升旗仪式上，白下黑着装通常代表了一种正式和尊重的态度。在中国，这种着装方式通常是出于对国旗和国家的尊重，以及对仪式的重视。白色和黑色是两种非常正式和传统的颜色，它们在许多文化中都象征着尊重和庄重。

After the flag raising, Teacher Huang emphasized the values of discipline, unity and mutual assistance, and common progress. He told his classmates that these qualities are not only the cornerstone of our growth path, but also the key to our future success. Always keep these values in mind, integrate them into daily life, and become a better version of yourself.

升旗结束后，黄老师强调了遵守纪律、团结互助和共同进步等价值观念。他告诉同学，这些品质不仅是我们成长道路上的基石，更是我们未来成功的关键。要时刻牢记这些价值观念，将其融入到日常生活中，成为更好的自己。

The students sat on their desks in the classroom, all of them were full of energy and vitality, swept away the fatigue in the class, and continued to enter the next class full of energy.

同学们在教室坐课桌操，个个活力四射，充满朝气，把课上的疲惫一扫而空，继续精神饱满的进入下一节课。

After class, the students started desk dancing, accompanied by positive and uplifting music, and each student also started to move with great vitality.

学生们在下课之后开始了课桌舞，伴随着积极向上的音乐，每一个同学也很有活力地开始动了起来。

During the break time, students will follow the music to complete desk exercises, with neat and consistent movements and passionate music creating a beautiful picture.

在课间休息环节，学生们会跟随着音乐一起完成课桌操活动，整齐划一的动作，激情的音乐构成了一幅美丽的画卷。

This is a gesture dance for primary school students under the leadership of the head teacher to liven up the atmosphere. Each child is very active and energetic, with a happy smile on his face. The movements on his hands are in place with the music. Through gesture dance, students can concentrate, exercise hand muscles, and relax their bodies. At the same time, primary school students show their vitality through gesture dance.

这是小学生们在班主任的带领下做着手势舞活跃气氛，每个小朋友都很积极，很有活力地做着动作，脸上洋溢着快乐的笑容，手上的动作跟着音乐做得很到位，通过手势舞，可以让学生们集中注意力，锻炼手部肌肉，放松身体，同时，小学生们通过手势舞展现着他们的活力。

We are full of curiosity about the trainee teacher, like to ask all kinds of questions around the teacher, teacher, what do you teach? Which school are you from, teacher? 

我们对见习老师充满了好奇，喜欢围着老师追问各种问题，老师你是教什么的呀？老师你是哪个学校的呀？

Rock, paper, scissors, simple but intelligent game. It not only makes the game fun, but also makes us understand that sometimes the choice is more important than the effort.

The classroom is the warmest corner of the room, where children are thoughtful and happy, helping each other in their studies and making progress together. Every time they ask a curious question, it is a reinterpretation of the world, and it turns out that there are really stars in their eyes.  

教室是最温馨的一角，小朋友们深思乐学，在学习上互相帮助，共同进步。他们每一次好奇的发问，都是对这个世界的重新解读，原来他们的眼里真的有星星耶。

The students of Class three Grade three are rehearsing Wednesday's desk exercise show.

三年级三班的同学们正在排练星期三的课桌操表演。

During breaks, the school broadcast played the song "Day Day Up" on time, and students actively and seriously did finger exercises. Finger exercises were simple and easy to learn, and the children were full of vitality. The whole class was filled with a youthful atmosphere.

课间，学校广播准时播放《天天向上》的歌曲，学生积极认真的做手指操，手指操简单易学，孩子们活力四射，整个班级洋溢着青春的气息。

The children actively spoke up and interacted with the teachers in the English classroom, creating a strong learning atmosphere and achieving good learning outcomes.

孩子们在英语课堂上踊跃发言，与老师积极互动，学习氛围浓郁，收获了良好的学习效果。

The school has prepared a finger exercise competition called "Day Day Up" for the students, and each class is waiting neatly on the playground, seizing the time to master the movements.

学校为学生们准备了《天天向上》手指操的比赛，一个个班级在操场上整齐等候，抓紧时间熟练动作。

This is the students of Class 4 (4) in the June 1 table exercise competition, in the calligraphy classroom, every student is full of spirit, carefully completed every movement, uniform gestures and loud voice, is a beautiful scenery in their primary school time, everyone for a goal of joint efforts, also confirmed the school motto "be the best of yourself". They are the best version of themselves.

这是四（4）班的同学在进行六一课桌操比赛，在书法教室内，每一个同学都精神饱满，认真的完成每一个动作，整齐划一的手势以及响亮的声音，是他们小学时光里的一道靓丽的风景线，大家为了一个目标而共同努力，也印证了校训“做最好的自己”，他们就是最好的自己。

This is their gesture dance competition. The songs chosen are full of youth, from which we can see that every student is full of energy, takes this competition seriously, and moves neatly. The song is also played during breaks between classes, not only to help students feel relaxed, but also to move their bodies after long periods of sitting and standing.

这是他们的手势舞比赛，选择的歌曲充满了青春气息，从中我们可以看到每个学生都充满了活力，认真对待这个比赛，动作整齐划一。这个歌曲也会在课间的时候播放，不仅能让学生感到放松，同时也能让学生在长时间的坐立之后活动身体。

The children of Class 5 (3) are doing desk exercises. They are moving with the rhythm of the music, full of vitality, and are preparing carefully for the desk exercise competition. Hard work pays off, and the children achieved a good result of third place in the competition.

五（3）班的小朋友们正在做课桌操，他们随着音乐律动，朝气蓬勃，活力满满，为课桌操比赛认真做准备。功夫不负有心人，孩子们在比赛中取得了第三名的好成绩。

On Wednesday morning, the students were waiting to participate in the radio exercise competition. Under the guidance of the teacher, they are doing the last review before the game.

周三清晨，小朋友们有序而又焦急得等待着参加广播操比赛。在老师的带领下，他们正在做赛前最后一遍的动作复习。

In the corner of the flag-raising platform, through the green shade, it seems that you can imagine the posture of the students when they raised the flag on Monday, and the Chinese dream on the stage also shows the expectations of the students. The 24 characters of the socialist core values at the bottom also have a leading role.

在升旗台角落，透过绿荫好似也能想象到周一学生们升旗时的姿态，那台上的中国梦也昭示着对学生们的期许。底下的社会主义核心价值观24字也具有统领作用。

Early in the morning, the students ran on the playground, hoping that they would always grow up happily and healthily!

清晨，学生在操场上跑操，希望他们永远能快乐健康的成长!

Before the teacher arrived, the Chinese class representative led the students to read the text. The students sat upright, had a serious attitude, and spoke loudly.

语文课在老师来之前，班里的语文课代表带领同学们读课文，同学们坐姿端正、态度认真，声音洪亮。

Today, the Chinese teacher used half of the class to test the previously learned content. At the beginning of the class, the students took out a yellow baffle and placed it in the middle. I was still curious about what this was for. It turned out to be to prevent each other from peeking at each other during the exam.

The students were very serious during the process, and after about half a class, they finished and the teacher continued with the content of the previous class.

今天语文老师用了半节课来测试之前学的的内容，一开始课前学生拿出黄色的挡板放在中间我还在好奇这是干什么，原来是防止考试过程中互相偷看。

过程中学生们都做的很认真，大约过了半节课就做完了然后老师接着上节课的内容。

This picture shows the scene of rehearsing an English speech competition in the dance studio on Thursday afternoon. Fifth grade students actively participate in the English speech competition and rehearse seriously. During the practice process, they also demonstrate their love for English!

这图是周四下午在舞蹈室排练英语演讲比赛的现场，五年级的学生积极参与英语演讲比赛并且认真的排练，练习的过程中也展现出她们对英语的热爱！

Correcting children's homework is a joyful thing, and I believe that a child's long-term homework can reveal a change in their learning attitude. I am happy to add something I want to say to this child when grading homework, in order to tell them that your efforts are worth seeing.

批改同学们的作业是一件令人开心的事情，我觉得从一个孩子长期的作业里是可以看出一个孩子的学习态度变化的。我乐于在批改作业的时候加上一些我想对这个孩子说的话，以此来告诉他们：你们的努力值得被看到。

During the one week internship, the innocence and purity of the children in Class 5 (3) deeply moved us. "You," "you," and "you," the three terms have been changed again and again, as if one can see her cautious and cautious expression of her pure emotions when writing letters. "Happy Happiness" vividly expresses the children's good wishes to the teachers, and I believe this blessing will continue to be passed on.

在楼梯间粘贴的安全标语:如在水边走，安全在心头。几乎每一个阶梯旁都有各式各样的标语。呼吁学生珍爱生命，热爱生活。

The slogan on the teaching building highlights the mutual respect between teachers and classmates.Lovely students and respectable teachers highlight the excellent study style of the school.

教学楼上的标语突出了老师和同学之间的相互尊重。可爱的学生，可敬的老师，彰显了学校优良的学风。

I noticed that there is a small library in the stairwell on both sides of the corridor of the primary school. There are various kinds of books for students to borrow. I think this can cultivate the reading atmosphere on campus and help students form reading awareness.

我注意到该小学的两边走廊的楼梯间都有一间小书屋，里面有各类书籍供同学们借阅。我觉得这样做能有助于培养校园的阅读氛围，帮助同学们的形成阅读意识。

Time flies like an arrow, and the childlike laughter of the children gradually fades in our ears. However, we have already recorded in our hearts the curious eyes they gave us in class, the adorable smiling faces they greeted us with, and the resounding and powerful "be your best self". As normal students, we will always remember these pure sunflowers, strive to improve our various qualities and abilities, leverage our English major advantages, and bring glory to Qiongtai Normal University. Thank you to the teachers of Pandan Primary School in Haikou for giving us unconditional trust and sincere guidance. We also appreciate the thoughtful care and patient guidance of the team leaders. We are confident that in the future, we will step onto the podium with a better appearance and write our own teacher stories with the sunshine in our hearts.

光阴似箭，孩子们童真的笑声在耳边渐渐淡去，但我们的心中已经记下了他们上课时求知的眼神，向我们问候时可爱的笑脸，和那一声声铿锵有力的“做最好的自己”。作为师范生的我们，将牢记这些纯洁的向日葵们，努力提升自己各方面素质能力，发挥自身英语专业优势，为琼台师范学院争光。感谢海口市攀丹小学的老师们给予我们无条件的信任和真诚的指导，感谢带队老师的贴心照顾和耐心指导，我们有信心将来以更优秀的面貌登上讲台，带着心中的阳光，撰写属于自己的教师故事。
