培训会上主要强调五个方面的内容。一是操作的饮食安全知识。二是操作人员要有自我保护意识,操作不冒险,思想不冒险。三是时时提高迎检意识,纪律意识,主人翁意识,要有“把老师当作自己的家人,把学生当作自己的孩子”的服务意识。四是按规操作,按程序操作,严格着装,杜绝闲杂人员进入操作间。五是分工明确,团结协作。
