小满后不但天气炎热,汗出较多,雨水也较多。
因此饮食调养宜以清爽清淡的素食为主,常吃具有清利湿热、养阴作用的食物,如:赤小豆、薏苡仁、绿豆、冬瓜、黄瓜、黄花菜、水芹、荸荠、黑木耳、胡萝卜、西红柿、西瓜、山药、鲫鱼、草鱼、鸭肉等。宜食绿豆芽蛤蜊汤、苦瓜木棉花牛肉汤、淮山赤小豆节瓜猪展汤、荠菜生姜鱼头汤、胡椒粒老鸡猪肚汤、西洋参红枣生鱼汤、千斤拔鸡脚汤等,这些汤品具清热、养阴、祛湿、暖胃、温补等功效。
