夏天到了,天气越来越热。微生物繁殖速度加快。苍蝇、蚊虫等开始活动。天气炎热,食物更容易变质,对于食品安全影响较大,也会加快传染病的传播速度,为保障我校全体师生安全健康的饮食,近日,垣曲县城西小学开展了食堂食品安全大检查。并对全体炊工进行夏季食品安全注意事项培训。

对检查中发现的卫生死角,后勤刘校长责令食堂立即整改。检查中,刘校长还强调操作间地面和排污槽要始终保持干净,经常冲洗保证地面和排污槽不留脏物。储存室要保持干燥,袋装食材取用完后要及时把袋口拧紧。操作间面案、菜盆等工具要经常清洗消毒保证卫生干净。

刘校长随后对全体职工进行食品安全培训,培训中强调严把进货关口,对于食材要勤买少存,防止食材变质,对于易变质或容易引发食物中毒的食材,尽量避免采用。坚决不允许出现让师生吃剩菜剩饭的现象,剩饭剩菜容器一定要打扫干净及时清理,防止蚊蝇聚集。
所有炊工同时还要注意个人卫生,上班戴好口罩和帽子,若出现发烧或患有传染疾病等情况应停工休假,病愈后再上班。
