为了真正达到以检查促规范,以规范提升的目的,进一步规范教育教学过程管理工作,我校于2024年5月7日下午进行春季学期期中数学科教学常规检查,主要包括教师的教案、听课记录本、教研活动记录本、手抄作业、同步练习册。

备课是上好课、提高课堂教学质量的前提和基础。
通过此次检查,可以看出各任课教师备课态度认真,写教案能根据学情、课型、紧靠《课标》、重点突出、体现特点、落实目标、渗透理念、教学环节清晰合理、富有针对性和实用性。教案呈现方式多,有自己撰写,有集体备课,个人增减,有在文中批注等,但更多的是自撰。有反思。部分教师都能及时地在教案后面写上自己的教学感受、体验、思考、顿悟、内容丰富、形式灵活。

教师的作业批改体现了教师的责任心和工作态度。老师们不仅认真、细致、准确地批改学生作业,还做到符号规范、反馈及时、重视矫正。充分发挥评价的激励作用。

通过检查,我们看到老师们能从备课做起,扎扎实实开展教学工作,既发现了亮点,也找出了不足,为进一步强化了常态化教学常规管理工作,给老师们接下来的教学指明了方向。学科中心会一如既往的落实每周教学常规常态化检查,让教师们在“细节”上下功夫,在“实效”上做文章,把各个环节落到实处,进一步立足常规、规范管理,扎实有效地推进教学工作。突出了教学常规工作的个性管理,提高工作效率,从而进一步提升我校教学质量。
