教学质量是学校安身立命和持续发展的根本,提升教学质量是学校工作永恒的主题。常规管理更是提升教学质量的重要抓手,为此,围子小学于2024年5月7日,组织了教学常规业务检查活动。

本次检查由教务处组织,成立以全体备课组长为主的检查小组,对全体教师的备课教案、教学反思、听课记录、作业检查批改、特色作业等情况进行检查和反馈。

教学是一种创造性的劳动,在这一过程中,一份优秀的教案是教师教育思想、智慧、动机、经验、个性和教学艺术性的综合体现。老师们的教案课时安排妥当,教学重难点清晰明确,教学反思深刻及时。
从检查结果来看,老师们都能本着认真负责的态度,从读课标、研教材、备学生等三个维度精心设计教学过程;听课记录详实规范,书写工整,同时养成了随时撰写听后随笔的好习惯。

作业是学生巩固深化知识、检查学习效果的重要手段,也是师生交流信息、培养学生良好学习习惯的有效途径。
老师们批改作业及时、有等级标识,能通过评语有针对性地提出改进的意见。在批改过程中,老师们都能做到精心、用心,并及时订正,将教学中的每一个环节充分落到了实处。
