The ocean is an important source of food for human beings. The potential of ocean energy resources is quite large, including tidal energy, wave energy, temperature difference energy, salinity difference energy, ocean current energy, tidal current energy and so on. According to the estimation of American scholars, the theoretical reserve of ocean energy in the world is more than 1500 × 108 kW.73.8 × 108 kW can be developed and utilized, including wave energy of 27 × 108 kW, temperature difference energy of 20 × 108 kW, salinity difference energy of 26 × 108 kW, ocean current energy of 0.5 × 108 kW and tidal energy of 0.3 × 108 kW. The sea is an important channel for water transportation. Although the international ocean freight transportation has the disadvantages of low speed and high risk, it has large capacity, large volume, low freight and strong adaptability to goods.Making it the main mode of transport in international trade. 80% ~ 90% of the total amount of China's import and export goods are transported by sea. The ocean has brought so many benefits to our life and production, and more and more marine development has also caused harm to the ocean. On the other hand, people have always regarded it as a bottomless pit for dumping garbage and waste, while relying on its inexhaustible source of rainwater.
